A constellation starts when an issue holder comes forward and speaks about their issue as they see it. Supported by the facilitator, the purpose of this conversation is to draw out the information necessary without violating the privacy and identity of those not present. The purpose of the discussion is to find the pertinent information and the outcome the issue holder has identified. The issue holder then chooses certain people within the group to represent key people or other parts of the system that impact their issue. The representatives are arranged to create a living map that reflects the relational dynamics of the system. Moving the representatives brings insights from them to the client, and understanding is gained on who or what is influencing the system, what is missing, and what needs attention. The client can see and experience the movement towards strength and healing as the system is given the attention it needs.
Whether you are an issue holder, a representative, or a participant in other peoples constellations, you will benefit from insight and healing.
Zita Tulyahikayo will be the facilitator of the workshop. Zita is an experienced and skilled facilitator, with nearly two decades of experience. She is an Associate of the Centre for Systemic Constellations and trained to apply constellations in both the personal and professional realms. Zita is also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and trained Trauma Therapist. Students of the CSC are welcome to attend as part of their course offering.
Please be advised that the opportunity to present your issue is not guaranteed. Issues holders will be chosen as the day progresses. There is a single charge for participants whether they wish to bring a matter of their own or attend as a potential representative.
