Beyond Shame
Many of us have inherited stories that tell us we are ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’, that our intuition can not be trusted, and that power comes at a price. We are taught that belonging is earned through obedience and silencing ourselves, and many others spend their lives sacrificing themselves to fit in.
Some people struggle to understand that these stories are not ours to tell. Through storytelling and myths, we inherit ideas and beliefs that don’t necessarily support us in living a fully expressed life. Perhaps it is time to surface and revise some old myths around exclusion, guilt, and shame.

Why This Workshop
Eve’s Domain is a three-day immersive experience that will support you in liberating yourself from inherited shame and guide you toward a deeper sense of belonging, love, and connection. It is a space for truth-telling, restoration, and reconnection to the power, beauty, and grace of matriarchy and matrilineal systems that live within each of us.
Whether you are carrying family secrets, shame around being seen, a secret desire, or questions that don’t fit inside the frameworks you were given, then Eve’s Domain is a space that welcomes you, as you are.
What to Expect?
We will be working with mini Systemic Constellations to create three-dimensional living maps. This unique approach, designed and developed by me, reveals the hidden dynamics of guilt, shame, and a desire for freedom. You don’t need to bring a problem or have prior experience. All you need is to bring yourself, a willingness to be present, and a heart open to the abundance and beauty life wants to gift you.
